Callout box color #289

The yellow color of the callout boxes is very hard to see. I suggest revisiting colors of all boxes.

@orchid00 didn't you create an alternative palette for the colors used for the boxes at some point?

In addition to more vivid colors for the header (and borders) of the callout boxes, I would suggest using a light background for the box itself.
