Standardise terminology #57

This PR standardises terminology use with other Carpentries' resources, in particular:

"Instructor Trainer" is changed to "Trainer"
"Instructor Training workshop" is changed to "Instructor Training course"
"technical workshop" is changed to "workshop"
"partner institution" is changed to "Member organisation"

These changes have been discussed with and approved by @SherAaronHurt.

Checks are failing, but going to merge anyway because these are the old checks for styles repos and my next step is to transition this lesson over to use the workbench infrastructure.
