Adding Trainer notes from 20 July 2023 meeting where we discussed the age-of-the-earth pull request #1557 in the Instructor Training Curriculum.

Thanks for the approval @paocorrales! This does make me wonder what the etiquette is for this repo? Who can merge PRs? Can I merge now that I have gotten a review? @karenword @carpentries/trainers-leadership

I've looked into old PR and I think what we usually do for meeting notes is to approve + merge. I should do that now!
