[Feature request] Episode list to be available from the top navigation #27

If left-hand side navigation is closed, episode list becomes unavailable and perhaps it is not clear to everyone how to get back to it. Having alternative navigation from the top level menu ,e.g. called 'Episodes", could help with that.

I think a better solution would be to change the "Expand" label for the navbar to read "Episodes" so that it's clear that it contains navigation for the episodes: https://github.com/carpentries/varnish/issues/47

In the workbench design, the top bar is for elements that are tangential to the lesson, and having an extra menu pop up when the sidebar is collapsed can be confusing.
