Missing workshop title #803

For https://annajiat.github.io/2023-08-28-NiTheCS-Online/ There is no workshop/university title at https://carpentries.org/index.html

How to troubleshoot?

Expected: "The National Institute for Theoretical and Computational Sciences - NITheCS (online)" Current: "Online"

when I click the link, i see what I expect the outcome to be. the university is in larger text and "online" is smaller, replacing only the street address of an in person workshop
