Index page for the lessons #29

It tries to add an index page for the lessons to make it easier to browse. Maybe something similar could be done too for the downloads page.

This is probably best dealt with in the offlinedatasci repo. There's already an issue about it at https://github.com/carpentriesoffline/offlinedatasci/issues/53
