Build data and library carpentry lessons #8

Right now the installer script only builds software carpentry jekyll lessons. There were problems building the R markdown based data carpentry pages. The web-free-data-science repo (https://github.com/CarpenPi/web-free-data-science) has done more advanced work on this using prebuilt pages and mirrors of the carpentries webpages.

The recent work by the content team (https://github.com/CarpenPi/web-free-data-science) has superseded this. Closing the issue.
