Hi @naoe-tatara, the organising committee reviewed this session proposal and had this to say:
This proposal is for a panel session where CodeRefinery workshop members will present and discuss their learnings from a mid-size workshop of around 25 members. This session will be very timeIy for a vast majority of The Carpentries community. It is expected that there will be questions from the audience, however this is not explained or mentioned how that would work or if they plan to pre assemble questions. We recommend to add those missing details in the proposal.
Really excited for your session, and more details i.e. around scheduling will be shared with you in the coming days. Let me know if I can answer any questions or clarify anything for the time being. Thanks!
Thank you, @serahrono for the comment! Actually it is not "learning from a mid-size workshop of around 25 members", but learning from a workshop where we had much bigger size of learner and helper cohort. I will bring the comment to the team and come back with the plan for the questions and answers. Is it preferable that we will suggest our most preferable schedule including date and time as well (i.e., not only schedule for the session itself, like how many minutes for presenting parts and how many minutes for questions and answers, or how we would coordinate questions in advance etc.)?
Hi, I added some information to answer the comment given regarding questions from the audience.
