Negative jersey numbers #162

When creating a player we can assign negative jersey numbers

1) Log in as Admin 2) Navigate to Admin -> Players 3) Create a player 4) insert -1 as the player number

Note: There does not seem to be a boundary on the number. We could limit it to 99?

I once saw a soccer player in rec league with the number 007
