Team Manager can create players for other teams #163

When logged in as a Team Manager I can create players for other teams

User Type | Team Manager

1) Log in as Team Manager 2) Navigate to Admin -> Players 3) Create a player for another team than the one being managed 4) notice the player cannot be seen 5) log in as an Admin to find your player

note: you might need to set the manager to a specific team to replicate this issue.
