Autoconfigure the cdnserver via the webinterface of the cdnmanager

Alexey proposed that we auto-configure the cdnserver either automatically, or via a click in the webinterface of the cdnmanager. The cdnmanager database has the required info to fire a fabric task against the server and do all the necessary configuration.

The basic idea is to incorporate a workflow in the UI of cdnmanager, so the user creates the new server there is and is advised of the next steps:

• Install a fresh ubuntu system on the server, using the correct IP and hostname.
• Create the vdeliadmin user as the admin of the system, with the standard password.
• Ater this was done, come back to the web ui and fire the autoconfig.
