Makes a new function run_mfa which can run MFA version 1 or MFA version 3. MFA version 1 was previously handled by forcedAlignment.m -- that function is now deleted. MFA version 3 is new to our lab as of 2024.
The MFA version 2 function forcedAlignment_mfa2 is also being deleted since we didn't run it on lab computers and won't in the future either. That function was a foundation for the MFA version 3 code.
