bank account balance inaccurate #11

had a balance of 0.07 and withdrewed 0.065 and balance showed 0.0 (which contradicts because they do not allow a non zero balance)

Thanks for your feedback.

However, it is invalid since there are many ways to round the amount of money in reality. Our application chooses to only show 2 decimal places for simplicity.

For severity, it should be Low, since it is rare to transfer half cent.
