/ Consider standardising 'set's to offer a prefix with s? / / Consider standardising 're's to offer a prefix with r? / SetRhythm does present a current breaking change bar to that with it's rm nomenclature. Added as a comment anyway, since the list of commands may grow longer this may be of importance or not for usability.

Thanks! Merged. About rm, I think it's safe to remove the previous rm-instance. I'll add that in my next commit :)
