I've installed and placed _ssearch35t in path, when running the software I get this
$ ./targetfinder.pl -s GGAAGAGGAUCGUUUA -d Cluster_24 -q /Volumes/toshiba/bio/TGAC/Triticum_aestivum.TGACv1.cdna.all.fa No results for /Volumes/toshiba/bio/TGAC/Triticum_aestivum.TGACv1.cdna.all.fa
after no time in execution. I think it might be a bug since it hardly can search this sequence in a fraction of a second.
