Per-type and single view compile #1

This PR adds a number of additional options such that multiple post types can be pulled in, and such that you can specify a template option which will compile out each post into a single view template.

Coverage remained the same at 100.0% when pulling 4678962042eb6232a4346a6534ccc3efb20ecf79 on post_types into 7475377338ab3657a5937bb207716571beda86e7 on master.
