Set default height and width for SVGs #307

This resolves #305 (chrome incompatibility) by setting a default height and width for SVGs at build time.

For what its worth, this fails because of the Pioneer dependency failing. I submitted a PR to fix that (https://github.com/carrot/share-button/pull/308)
