Add Share Counts #37

We can use this API to grab them. We'd have to have handling for an "over api limit" response, and allow a sharedcount_api_key option for if the free tier runs out as well.

What about accessing the URLs from the social networks themselves? Twitter's is http://urls.api.twitter.com/1/urls/count.json?url=URL_HERE. I'm sure Facebook and Google+ have one too.

It's also worth handling cases where there are 0 or very few shares... Nothing looks sadder than no engagement, especially on articles that have had time to circulate. I doubt that many people want to display that info directly.
