High-level overview

Update styles, following designs from Figma
Trial some FontAwesome iconography on Discover Screen - updated categories.js to refer to FontAwesome icons
Add colours.js for global colour theme
Clean up TabNavigator headings
Add Oswald font family
Add demonstration of tab view on Details Screen
Add a README.md 🎉
