noescape #37

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set noescape to 0
2. Use 'quit' to exit the server, which should save your vars
3. Login with decaf

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
noescape should still be 0. noescape is 1.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
decaf v1.1.1 gentoo linux

Please provide any additional information below.
While I think it's a good idea to set noescape/autoflag to 1 for new users,
I think it should be limited to only doing it the first time decaf is used
and only if the total games played is < some_low_number.

I have a feeling I'm missing an obvious checkbox somewhere, but I couldn't
find it.
