Avoid duplication ckpt for Automatic1111 users #680

Would it be possible to use the ckpt models straight from their sources and avoid completely duplicating them into the Blender Add on? Those models are huge and I don't see the benefit from having them twice, except if it is due to some technical constrains.

Thoughts?
