Hourly temp dynamic colour #231

Added dynamic colour to temp and removed high and low that weren't implemented.

Not pictured: red for 30+ temp

One of Abi's tests for temp is failing because I changed the logic I'm map.js but I have no idea why because I'm still setting the temp the same way. Mind taking a look @abijeet-dhillon
