Is there an installation guide for Ubuntu 20.04?

My trial:

$ sudo apt-get install qt5-default
$ sudo snap install penguin-subtitle-player

$ penguin-subtitle-player
Qt: Session management error: Could not open network socket

Thanks @carsonip, Now I see an icon in my tray, but how can I open settings? Nothing happens if I click on it.

Does right click on the tray icon work?
