Stephanie upload the fcst week 2018092 data through demand financial system on Monday, but the NZ demand planning report is not refresh the forecast data for that on Tuesday.

This report is calling the 'DEMAND_PLNG_FCST_FACT_xxx.qvd' for forecast data. This qvd is daily refresh on around 1:30 AU time. And this qvd is getting data from Venus table DEMAND_PLNG_FCST_FACT in DDS, but this table without the update time in the fields. Further check the ODS table fcst_hdr and fcst_dtl, these table updated on around 2:00 AU time. So that's why the QVD not included the most updated forecast data.

Refresh the QVD, then reload the data in QVW. The issue fix.
