Tweaks

Changes:

• remove unused fields for DQMCAnalysis
• add total runtime to DQMCAnalysis
• adjust default print_rate to 100 prints/simulation
• change @avx to @turbo
• add timestamps to mpi scheduler
• add ALF comparison to docs
