The fields pr changed a lot so I need to rewrite a good chunk of the DQMC docs. So far:

[x] Fields general
extending fields This is rather complicated (like models used to be) and no longer necessary if you're just adjusting the Hubbard model. So I think it's not really necessary for the docs anymore.
[x] Model
[x] DQMC (?)
[x] Triangular Atrractive Hubbard model
[x] ALF crosscheck
[x] Topological flat band model
Splitting of fields made the model interface much simpler. Some rough edges remain though, like having to define matrix types and the interaction energy kernel. I think we can simplify the former a bit more:
[x] Simplify hopping_matrix by automatically expanding matrix size
[x] better defaults for hopping_eltype and hopping_matrix_type
