restricted license is not OSI #74

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. http://code.google.com/p/omega/source/browse/trunk/LICENSE.txt

What is the expected output?
BSD license

What do you see instead?
non-free license (modified BSD
to non-commercial use).

Please provide any additional information below.
I could be wrong but I believe this license
unfortunately violates the terms of google code.
Any chance you would consider making this
free software.

It would be nice to just drop the 'no commercial use' cause of the license.

I realize this is probably something imposed by the University, but Omega is
currently of absolutely zero commercial interest. It is however interesting for
people (academic and non-academic) interested in programming languages.

Basically its an issue of; if this were under an OSI approved license I would
look at and maybe even play with the code. I only mess with code under non-OSI
licenses if I'm getting paid for it.

Got reply from Tim. At the moment he is on vacation, and will take care of this

See r654, r655, and issue 85.

The license does not contain any commercial restrictions any more, closing...
