I think the main problem with react-native support is that nobody uses webpack, and everybody uses react-native-cli. I haven't tried, but I think if you have a RN project running with webpack CarteBlanche should work…

It'd be interesting to see if we could somehow integrate with react-native-cli, but I've almost never worked with it, so no idea how feasible that is.
