Hello once again,

Just one more question. I tried reinstalling everything once again and managed to run fit_banyan. But it took ~6hrs for the Mouse Brain example. I monitored htop and the algorithm was always running on one core. Can that be changed so it finishes faster? The datasets I have are 10-20x larger so I am wondering if it is worth running.

I am writing to you since I am facing the same issue. I tried to run fit_banyan a whole weekend on my dataset, but unfortunately I did not obtain anything. Did you succeed in using Banyan? If yes, how? Otherwise, did you use something else or another package?
