Update rollups-contracts URLs to v1.4.0 #205

Updated the link to the rollups contracts contract in the documentation to point to version 1.4.0 tag

It looks fine, but this raises a question... now we are tagging 1.4 there, am I correct to suppose that the overall SDK is still under 1.3v tag? Otherwise, creating a new tag for the docs itself might be necessary.
