Activities

This pull request adds the necessary files and structure for the v2 documentation. It includes the following changes:

Updated the documentation structure and the respective URLs

No importance should be placed on the content. They are placeholder content. This PR is primarily to get the base structure and correct urls ready, before drastic content changes.
