Missing copyright file for machine-emulator-tools.deb #82

Context

We need to be clear about the license/copyright of all packages we include in the rootfs.ext2 artifact we distribute. To do so, we will auto-generate this information based on the packages we install in it. One of these packages is our own machine-emulator-tools.deb package. Ironically, it is missing t he relevant /usr/share/doc/machine-emulator-tools/copyright file.

Possible solutions

Include that file.
