Remove the word "Cartesi" from smart contracts #181

📚 Context

We currently have two smart contracts with the word "Cartesi" in it:

However, we've realized that the word "Cartesi" is not necessary, given that one can easily read the source code and see the copyright notice:

// (c) Cartesi and individual authors (see AUTHORS)

✔️ Solution

Remove the word "Cartesi" from contract names. With this issue alone, the CartesiDApp contract would be called just DApp. With this issue and #180, it would be called Application.
