With #152, all history-related contracts and interfaces fell out of use. Leaving them in our code base might confuse users.

Remove these contracts from our code base.

[ ] Remove IHistory
[ ] Remove deployment artifacts related to HistoryFactory and AuthorityHistoryPairFactory
