Project migration with submodules #227

Changed a bit the README. Added submodules to new repos, pointing to the commit of the 1.0.0 release. Submodules would be updated only on new public release announcement of the Cartesi Rollups product.

The goal is to not require any documentation pointing to https://github.com/cartesi/rollups
