Document the emulator SDK version that we are using in the README #50

📚 Context

The node is compatible with a single version of the machine SDK, but it isn't clear which version it is.

✔️ Solution

Add an entry in the README with the SDK version. It would be nice to include the version of the most important SDK submodules, like the emulator itself, the ROM, the rootfs, and the kernel.

📈 Subtasks

[ ] Update the README with the SDK version.

We should also document the version of OpenAPI interfaces we are using.
