The last 2 commits from this PR should be removed before merging.

The last one adds the :pr-46 to the list of tags to be removed, just to test the dry-run using this value to remove.

LGTM. Delete the commits

As expected, we had more than 100 API calls and the action failed, but some images were deleted.

We'll probably hit the same error a couple of runs, until we have a small amount of images to delete for each closed PR.
