When i am trying to run cartographer to build 3D map, all is working well but the after use cartographer_pbstream_to_ros_map to convert pbstream to pgm or check on rviz, there is only have gray and black part but no free space, but i use the official 3D bag file , there is free space. I am using VLP16 as input.
cartographer 2D is working well, but the map scale is a little bit less than the real scale.
