Feature request: Ingest PIT data from enterprise password managers (LastPass/1Password) #161

Enterprise password managers like LastPass/1Password provide API end points to enlist users, groups, shared folders. Having this data on Cartography and mapping it to user identities will help point out unwanted/stale access.
