Don't refresh permalink structure on every page load #8

Uhh yeah, right now we're doing this on every page load, and it's messing things up for folks with CPT's. Plus it's just bad all around to do it this way.

What needs to happen, is the permalink structure flush should be called on MF Options save. Much better solution.

Uhh, this is still causing problems with Custom Post Types. I'm going to look into it more.

Can not add pre-load Forum. I do not know whether it will help but you can try. This problem I've encountered on sites that have pre-load the page before you see.

Moving to 1.1.1
