The qt4 source code has moved from https://download.qt.io/official_releases/qt/4.8/4.8.7/ it is now at https://download.qt.io/archive/qt/4.8/4.8.7/ I guess that this just needs updating in the qt@4.rb file for everything to work as expected. Thanks!
