Solves #22. Option --with-lilypond was removed since it is only available from homebrew-cask.

Thanks for taking the time to fix this! I've started a Travis build to ensure your changes work and build binary packages for them.

brew upgrade seems to be broken on Travis today, so for now I'll just assume your changes work and merge them in. Thanks!
