Updates to the warning label #672

This is for alerts that do not meet the threshold of a bug/error. They look functionally similar we just change the color palette I.e.

[ ] If your controller runs out of gas
[ ] If your controller has not been deployed

Additional details

[ ] Lets have them expanded by default.
[ ] If we can lets add show the part of the transaction that is prompting the error and replace the icon with the alert. Gas in this case
