Addressing https://github.com/vmware-tanzu/carvel/issues/58

Changes include:

Introducing a new Projects dropdown option: Project Docs
Updating all of the subproject sites to include links to shared documentation for increased visibility/discoverability

I'm thinking 'Project Docs' might be confusing, with folks thinking all the project docs live there. What about 'Shared Docs' instead? The page itself calls itself 'Shared Documentation' so I'm thinking the drop-down should match.
