Please keep the image at docker.io up-to-date #8

Even though docker-hub claims that the image k14s/image:latest has been updated 11 days ago, the included tools are very outdated.

Examples:

The image contains imgpkg version 0.17.0, even though the current version is 0.24.0.
The image contains kapp version 0.39.0, even though the current version is 0.45.0.

Is this by design?

Looks like there are nightly images available at ghcr.io/vmware-tanzu/carvel-docker-image:latest. I am not too sure how I feel about using nightlies, but I guess its alright since the included tools are the respective proper releases.

Strange. It looks like I was wrong! The image k14s/image:latest at docker.io is reasonably up-to-date. It looks like my docker-daemon had an old version cached and didn't attempt a re-pull to update the local image. I am sorry for the confusion!
