The concourse pipeline to upload binaries to TanzuNet is failing, and the button to manually upload the product files individually is not working. So the release has been created for 'admins only' on TanzuNet however this release has no attached files yet.

The part of the release process talks about making the OSM release:

however nothing shows up at these links and I do not know how to confirm if what needed to be uploaded to OSM was indeed uploaded.

The concourse pipeline to upload binaries to TanzuNet is failing, and the button to manually upload the product files individually is not working. So the release has been created for 'admins only' on TanzuNet however this release has no attached files yet.

Paired with @cari-lynn on this and we were able to upload the binaries for ytt v0.39.0 and attach them to the release.

Unassigning myself since there is no active work happening for v0.39.0. Waiting for the OSM license so that it can be attached to the release and this issue can be closed.

OSM file has been created. Attached is the approved OSL file. Please check it into your product build, the file name should be open_source_licenses.txt. Also, the OSL should be posted to the download location for your product. Once posted, please provide the applicable URL and this ticket will be resolved. Since this is a Beta release, there is no Open Source Disclosure Package (ODP) to post.
