Notification screen #151

When I click the notification bell and I go into the Notifications page:

When I click the "Chases" button it turns green, letting me know that I have chases notifications enabled

When I leave this screen and come back, the button is no longer green and I am not sure if I still have chase notifications enabled

Also, if there are no notifications enabled for a user, the bell icon should change and maybe have a slash through it so the user knows w/o going into another screen if they have notifications enabled or not

This was a user experience issue which I believe is resolved with the new updates on notifications view and settings ui, so closing it.
