project a curved line on our 2d map
animate or transition through brightness or whatever to make it look like we see in some of the open exposure pictures of actual launches
The animation should happen along a fixed timeline based on actual timelines from a real launch, we have to sort of fake it because we have no way to synchronize with a real launch at the moment
