If we don't have a youtube link but we have a facebook link, we should have an embedded facebook video player that works the same way (autoplay, etc)
I would say, if we have a facebook link and then we get a youtube link, that we switch over to that. Ultimately this is something we could also charge networks for, so keep that in mind when designing this feature. For instance, you could just simply go off of

If there is a facebook link and then a youtube link, if the youtube link has a lower tier number, that would take precedence
