In order to do this, we need to create our initial set of keys.

• [x] Create Operator/Account keys
• [x] Store root keys/seeds
• [x] Create additional Accounts, based on seed from root
• [x] Store secondary keys/seeds
• [x] Create additional Users, based on seed from account
• [x] Store tertiary keys
